Ravallo Resort and Conference Center

• Pre-release pricing: starting at $600,000.
• Construction will start late 2007
• Units opening late-2008
• $20,000 to reserve (refundable), 20% upon contract
• Spectacular views in every direction
• 900 units total
• Reservations start Winter 2006

A refundable $20.000 deposit is required for reservation, 20% down upon contract. Contracts will be written around mid - 2007 and are not assignable. Of the 20%, 10% will be escrowed and 10% used toward construction.
