We have all the contractors, subcontractors and crews lined up to start once the contract with the investor is signed and the deal is funded. The land will be in the name of the investor’s corporation.  The sales will be made in the name of the investor’s corporation. All building activity will be co-ordinated and reports made to the investor weekly.  Payments to subcontractors will only be made when they sign a waiver for any more payments for services rendered per house.. The investor’s corporation will have clear title to the finished houses and duplexes.  We will sell them to individuals and also as investment properties.  We can sell them as soon as they are finished and ready to occupy. We can be fully developed and sold out in 36 months. They will make a gross profit of $36.6MM on an investment of $19.8MM over the 36 month period.
