Homesites (1,500)
The cost of a Homesite (plot) on this fantastic resort will range from $500,000 - $1,250,000 and will range is size from 0.75 - 7 acres!!
The current build cost for a property on this resort will be in the region of $250 per square ft, although this will obviously depend on the quality / type of finish you require. As a guide I believe the property selection will range in size from 2,500 - 4,500 square ft. (t.b.c.)
First Release
The developer has announced that the first release of their Premiere Mountain Homesites is scheduled for the Autumn / Fall (06). To participate in this great opportunity you must complete a Priority Reservation Agreement form along with a fully refundable deposit of $5,000
Condos
Apart from the 1500 homesites 225 luxury 1 & 3 bed condos will be made available as part of the overall build programme - The condos will (mainly) be in blocks of 18 units in which 12 will be fully furnished 1 beds and 6 unfurnished 3 beds (furnishing packs will of course be available for the 3 beds - prices t.b.c.) The 1 beds will start in the $500s while the 3 beds will start around $1.1m.
First Release
The first release of condos (3 buildings - 56 condos) is expected to be around Septemeber / October 07 - They will be located along the first hole of their $70 million dollar golf course with stunning views of the mountains and close to the 100,000 square foot clubhouse. Anyone interested in purchasing one of these luxurious properties must initially complete a Priority Reservation Agreement form along with a fully refundable deposit of $5,000
Inspection Visits (Dream Sampler)
The developer is offering a Dream Sampler whereby you can visit the property, see the progress and experience the lifestyle that you could soon enjoy on a daily basis. The price is $199 and includes 3 days two nights accommodation (for 2 persons) at the Chetola resort. (1 room), Dinner for two (Friday night), plus private presentation & tour of Laurelmor etc..
