This project is a turnkey build and sell development of 279 single family houses and 96 duplex units. There will be 6 styles of single family units, but the duplex units will be the first on sale, as they are the units being built during the first 6 months. Pictures of the duplex are attached. Appreciation on property value in this area will be approximately 5% annually.
