Located near the city of Asheville North Carolina (Hendersonville, southeast United States) on the French Broad River, consistently and currently still one of the best real estate markets in the U.S.  Seven Falls Golf and River Club is a gated amenity based master planned community.  Non-stop flights are offered from most major international cities in to Charlotte North Carolina or Atlanta Georgia, both with in a 3 hour drive. One can also take a short flight from Charlotte or Atlanta in to Asheville Regional Airport only 15 minutes away. Seven Falls opened the first phase of home sites on June 12, 2007 and immediately sold out. The Palmer golf villas will be sold on a reservation basis and will be sold on June 7, 2008. 

In order to participate in the offering, a reservation form must be complete and requires a $5000 refundable deposit. The villas will be offered on a first come first serve basis, the sooner the form and deposit are in the better.  Your place in line will be determined by the date and time in which your reservation is received.  An additional deposit of 10% will be required on June 7th.  The balance of the 90% will not be due until the villa is complete and a certificate of occupancy is issued. 

Construction is tentatively set to begin early August 2008 and completion within about 12 months from ground breaking. The villas should offer a decent rental income but since this is a new development there is no historical data. Seven Falls will offer over $70,000,000 worth of amenities including an Arnold Palmer Premiere 18 hole championship golf course, 9 hole teaching course and golf academy (all under construciton), hiking trails along the beautiful waterfalls as well as a town village to include: wellness center, tennis facilities, swimming pools, an inn, market, pub, wine shop, deli, restaurant, chapel and a post office. Golf Membership - $55,000 Dues $500/month.
